As you have probably heard in the news, there has been significant discussion of tax law changes. This discussion increased even further, when early Saturday morning, the Senate passed their version of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act.

The Senate’s version of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act, joins the House’s version that was passed back in November 16th. Both bills will now go through a reconciliation process where in Congress will derive the final version of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act. From there it will go to President Donald Trump’s desk for final approval.

With both versions of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Acts being very different, what will end up becoming law is still up in the air. As such, we cannot definitively say at the moment, what the final tax laws will be. However, we can assure you, we are keeping up to date on this entire process and will communicate with you any changes that will affect you.
