We are currently seeking a responsible, detail-oriented, and dynamic Marketing/Administrative Assistant to support marketing projects and office operations. This position requires simultaneously managing multiple tasks, while providing quality service. The Marketing/Administrative Assistant reports to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and works with the administrative team to ensure the marketing and administrative needs of the firm are efficiently and effective achieved. Compensation is aligned with experience.


    • Update social media calendar and post to social media
    • Organize and coordinate sponsorships and events
    • Manage Client Relationship Management (CRM) database
    • Update and provide firm brochures and other marketing materials upon request
    • Order and manage promotional items
    • Update website and intranet
    • Manage SEO
    • Assist with on-boarding/off-boarding new employees
    • Support other marketing projects as needed


  • 2 – 5 years marketing experience
  • 2 years data entry/administrative assistance experience
  • Bachelor degree desired

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Proficient with:
    • Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
    • Social media platforms, including FaceBook, Twitter, and LinkedIn
    • Data entry
  • Excellent skills regarding:

    • written and oral communication

    • attention to detail
  • Additional desired skills:
    • Experience using Adobe CS, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop a plus

    • Self-starter with high energy and positive attitude who is able to perform in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
