Shagun Misra, CPA

Shagun has over 19 years of experience assisting private and public companies in a wide range of industries, including technology, real estate, and consumer products. Prior to joining Price Kong, she worked at Big Four and mid-size accounting firms managing audit engagements for large public and pre-IPO companies in accordance with Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCOAB) standards and Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) reporting requirements, as well as served on a number of non-public company audit engagements. Specific to the proposal submission requirements, Shagun has extensive experience with ASC 606 (SAAS companies), as well as ASC 842.
