Price Kong is honored to announce that Phillip A. Conger and Mark Mahoney have been promoted to Tax Supervisor, and Ming Zhang has been promoted to Tax Senior.

Phil, a certified public accountant (CPA) with fourteen years accounting experience, joined Price Kong in December 2020 as a Tax Senior. He earned a B.S. in accountancy from Arizona State University and a M.S. in taxation from Golden Gate University. Prior to embarking on an accounting career, Phil served twelve years in the U.S. Army.
Mark joined the firm in January 2008 as part of its administrative team. In 2012, he earned a B.S. in accounting from Grand Canyon University and transitioned to the role of tax staff.
Ming joined Price Kong in October 2018 as tax staff with one and a half years’ experience. He earned a B.S. in accountancy from Arizona State University and a M.B.A. and Master of Accountancy from Oregon State University.
